About The Event
Sex after childbirth can be daunting (and sometimes hilarious). Your body just performed the epic task of growing and birthing another human, your skeletal structure has been physically altered, it’s totally normal to feel touched out. And that’s just the physical side of things, finding intimacy in amongst exhaustion is a challenge. The postpartum time is one of relearning and rebuilding your most intimate relationships with yourself and your partner.
This is a New Parent Support Group open to all Birthing People, or families welcoming a new baby via adoption or surrogacy. This is a space of nonjudgemental support in the form of conversation, education, snacks and laughter.
We are showing up for Postpartum! And we want you to know you are seen, you are heard and you are loved.
