About The Event

Did you know that the average mother gets only 17 minutes of free time to herself each day? Self care shouldn’t just be ANOTHER job on your endless list of jobs, so how can we incorporate small moments of nourishing care into our daily grind? Maybe it’s an extra two minutes in the shower, or a quiet cup of tea in the sun, maybe it’s blasting music in your car and singing at the top of your lungs. We will workshop free or low cost, easy on the go, ways to fill yourself up because you can’t give from an empty cup. Babes in arms welcome

Everyone is asked to bring something along that grounds them (an object, a thought, a ritual) to share with the group.

This is a New Parent Support Group open to all Birthing People, or families welcoming a new baby via adoption or surrogacy. This is a space of nonjudgemental support in the form of conversation, education, snacks and laughter. We are showing up for Postpartum! And we want you to know you are seen, you are heard and you are loved.
