About The Event
The reframing of identity and endless shifts in our partnership dynamics can be two of the more challenging aspects of being a new parent. What does life look like after birth? We will reflect on this and explore the emotional and psychological changes we are going through as we cross the threshold into new parenthood.
This is a New Parent Support Group open to all Birthing People, or families welcoming a new baby via adoption or surrogacy. This is a space of nonjudgemental support in the form of conversation, education, snacks and laughter.
We are showing up for Postpartum! And we want you to know you are seen, you are heard and you are loved.
