Little Shadow - We’re all in this together 

Parenting is one of the most challenging and important jobs anyone can do, yet honest conversations about the many challenges and stresses we face can be rare - especially when a parent is struggling.

Little Shadow counsellors will facilitate this intimate group support workshop aimed at improving the wellbeing and resilience of parents while sparking connections and friendships within our community.

Together the group will explore their parenting experiences, strengths, values and challenges to collectively develop strategies to enhance their wellbeing.

This session is 1.5 hours long and free to attend, please register to attend.
